Can someone imagine that a robot can make art? If not then this is the reality now. A robot named AI-Da (Ai-darobot) has won the title of world’s first robot artist.

But this is not the end of the story, a painting of Alan Turing was sold recently at an auction for a big price of $1,084,800. Alan Turing was an English mathematician, computer scientist, logician, cryptanalyst, philosopher, and theoretical biologist. He is also famous as the founding father of artificial intelligence (AI).

The digital art of AI-Da got 27 bids and was estimated to sell between $120,000 and $180,000. The portrait was named as A.I-God.
It can be said as a revolution in the art industry as it is the first time that a non-human entity is recognized as an artist.
The advanced Ai-Da robot also gave her words on this trend-changing occasion and said “The key value of my work is its capacity to catalyze dialogue about emerging technologies.”
She further said that the work “invites viewers to reflect on the god-like nature of AI and computing while considering the ethical and societal implications of these advancements.”
While it is a fascinating event that is very interesting for most people. But it is also positing some concerns about the upcoming advancement in tech. If AI is capable enough now that it can generate and create artwork, we can’t imagine how far artificial general intelligence (AGI) will go.
